EVENT GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS:

 

  1. 1.       Cost (Check one)

 

ð        $50.00 per table (table provided with two chairs)

ð        $60.00 per table (table provided, two chairs and electricity)

 

Payment is due by November 1st,2013 to secure your spot,

Checks may be dropped off at church office or mailed in.

  1. 2.      First come first serve for home based/direct sales businesses.  No direct sales companies will be duplicated.  We will try to accommodate requests for specific spots however it will be up to the discretion of the coordinator dependent on the number of vendors exhibiting.

 

  1. 3.      Donation of one item is requested for Church raffle ($15.00 minimum value) .

 

  1. 4.       Set-up times:   Saturday, November 9th from 7:00-8:30 am. The church will be locked and security system in place so your goods will be safe overnight.  Sunday – Nov 10th 7:00 am-–7:45 am Church service starts at 8:00 am so all vendors must be in gym by 7:45.

 

Building entry for set up will be main church doors.  Vendors can unload at the main door but must park car at the far west side of parking lot when finished unloading.

 

  1. 5.      Event will run on Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, clean up and tear down is not to begin until 3:00 pm unless otherwise decided by event coordinator.
