EVENT GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS:

   1. Cost

 $25.00 per table (provided along with two chairs)

Checks may be dropped off at church office or mailed in.

  1. First come first serve for home based/direct sales businesses. No direct sales companies will be duplicated.  We will try to accommodate requests for specific spots; however, it will be up to the discretion of the coordinator dependent upon the number of vendors exhibiting.

    

3. Donation of one item is requested for Church raffle ($15.00 minimum value).

 

  1. Set-up times:   Friday, March 31st 6:30-8:30 pm or Saturday, April 1st from 7:00-8:30 am

(Church will be locked overnight, and your products will be safe.) 

 Building entry for set up will be main church doors.  Vendors can unload at the main door but must park car at the far west side of parking lot when finished unloading.

 

  1. Event will run from Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Clean up and tear down not to begin until 3:00 pm unless otherwise decided by event coordinator.
